Lipi Sachdev, Managing Partner, has a background of Training, Development, and people-management for 30 years plus in the space of Consumer Durables, Telecom and BPO. In her previous assignment as HR Head of a Domestic BPO, she has set up the training division for frontline and mid-management level executives in the Organization. She is a certified Assessor in the NSDC TOT program (Training of Trainers). She has been associated with Retail and BPO management teams as Human Resources Strategic Adviser. She has completed her T&D diploma from ISTD, Delhi. She is an empaneled Trainer with NIESBUD (National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development).

Sriparna Dash, Management & Training Partner with over 23 years of experience in Operations, People Management, Training & Development and Human Resources. She has extensive experience in managing Strategic HR in the Contact Centre, Banking and Telecom industries. In her last assignment as the AVP HR Operations of a domestic BPO, she has been instrumental in setting up multiple Centres in different geographies in India, which involved hiring and training of front line and middle management levels. In her career span she has developed and conducted training programs on Conflict Management and Cross functional teamwork in situations of regional diversity. Sriparna has knowledge of 3 Indian languages, which helps us in our diverse service offering.

Supraja Ramesh, Training Partner with 15 years of experience in Customer Experience and Relationship Management with expertise in defining and customizing Standard Operating Procedures in terms of Call center Training / Quality /Hiring verticals. During her stint she has handled Telecom, ISP, BFSI and Retail businesses, heading Training and Quality verticals for multiple projects at different centers. She has also handled projects for few clients in getting their in-house team to be trained on customer service. She holds a diploma in T&D from ISTD. She adds to the regional languages bouquet , through her knowledge of Southern languages.
